Hi,
I often have mood swings, where I am in a good mood for a couple of weeks (3-5) and then, for no apparent reasons, I hit a down for a couple days. During the down phase, I feel more tired, lazier, generally annoyed, negative thoughts a more easily coming through. This time especially, I feel like I want to have my own bubble. I am currently with a friend and it’s like if everything he was saying is annoying me, even if it’s something positive like: « what a beautiful day ». I am wondering if there could be a cause for that mood or if it’s just something pure natural and inevitable. Thank you! |

Hi 720man. I am sorry you are having mood swings.
Have you considered getting an evaluation by a mental health professional? That is one way to know if there are other issues besides lifestyle. There are lots of factors that can affect our moods: the foods we eat, how much we sleep, the kinds of activities we engage in, how much we exercise, and if we spend time watching out thoughts and not letting ourselves get hijacked by our thoughts. __________________ Super Moderator Community Support Team "Things Take Time" |

He probably IS annoying. Outside influences do affect us and how we feel.
