Do you ever worry about bad things happening

What about people take advantage of you or someone else

Who can you really trust

Who really cares

How is it some people can be happy and carefree

I’m a bit bogged down at the moment

Hopefully this doesn’t last too long

I am going to post about this in the anxiety forum, but I feel the reason for the outbreak of kovid19 has something to do with me.

i don't know why. when it first came to the UK, I was convinced I was going to be one of the first people to get it and spread it about.

I don't have it yet, but can't shake the feeling that the reason it's here, and it's a thing, is to do with me. horrible feeling

but kovid aside, yes... when something happens, or is about to happen, you can garanteen that I'm thinking the reason this is a thing, the reason this is happening is down to me.

I wanted to share the kovid example: it's been on my mind for a few days, and i've just not posted about it anywhere.

My negative emotions involve trust. People that are insensitive. I'm trying to remind myself it's all about them; their own insecurities. I'm slowly improving my trust with others.
