and it all just gets on top of you?. when that happens, what do you do

I just have myself to worry about, but dealing with my anxiety, my fibro pain, my bipolar, eating issues, absences... it all seems a lot to take on sometimes for just 1 person

especially for me: the way I handle things is bad, I know that, and I really need to work on being less stressed about things.

I guess I'm just feeling really irritated today

panic attack, bad fibro pain, irritability from the bipolar, ugg.

Yes definitely. I'm currently recovering from major surgery and now my opposite limb (previous injuries, surgery) is an issue. Stressed, irritable etc. I use to hide my emotions. Now I cry by myself if I need too. Rest etc. I try to focus on something positive - something I'm good at.

I definitely do that, because I'm so used to doing things on my own with no help. When it gets to be too much, I run the risk of being overstimulated. The best thing for me to do is take a quick breather and just step away from the situation for a minute. Then take a deep breath and go back.
