and it all just gets on top of you?. when that happens, what do you do
I just have myself to worry about, but dealing with my anxiety, my fibro pain, my bipolar, eating issues, absences... it all seems a lot to take on sometimes for just 1 person especially for me: the way I handle things is bad, I know that, and I really need to work on being less stressed about things. I guess I'm just feeling really irritated today panic attack, bad fibro pain, irritability from the bipolar, ugg. |

Yes definitely. I'm currently recovering from major surgery and now my opposite limb (previous injuries, surgery) is an issue. Stressed, irritable etc. I use to hide my emotions. Now I cry by myself if I need too. Rest etc. I try to focus on something positive - something I'm good at.

I definitely do that, because I'm so used to doing things on my own with no help. When it gets to be too much, I run the risk of being overstimulated. The best thing for me to do is take a quick breather and just step away from the situation for a minute. Then take a deep breath and go back.
