I recently felt ignored and ostracized by someone.

How do you mentally and psychologically cope with it? How do you get over it?

Remember that how they treat you is a reflection of them and not you. What they think does not matter because you know you are worth more than that.

Were you literally ignored or were you overlooked? I am not saying one is better than the other I am just curious.

The silent treatment is abuse. Best to stay away from that someone.

I agree with Raindropvampire- it is a reflection of them not you.

Maybe reflecting upon your relationship and whether it made you the best version of yourself or not may help.
