I upset someone on Tumblr.
They wrote a post I didn't entirely agree with and was upset by the anti-christian comments others were posting.
So I reblogged and explained why I disagreed.

This was enough to ruffle their feathers. They messaged me asked for clarification about a point and when I explained myself they asked why I had reblogged just to disagree with them.

I've deleted my reblogged and blocked that person. I'm still worried about being bullied.

I should have known better and ignored it, but I was upset by the prejudice. I keep forgetting that online people HATE it when you disagree with them.

Has anyone else been in this situation?

Hi, I am so sorry that you have been the victim of an online mobbing campaign, just know that this is the norm nowadays, as you were reeled in by a tactic called bait & switching, this is what has happened to you, try not to dwell on it as they need you to feed them. As hater's love the anonymity the internet gives them to openly abuse people of there choosing.

There is this saying that goes something like this,

Their mental illness, affects us !

Sorry for any spelling mistakes!

Oh yes - I've been bullied online many times (not talking about PC). Adult bullies generally target those whom they envy or those who threaten them or their status in some way. And yes, if you disagree with them, they like to gang up even more.

Best approach is to keep them blocked and do NOT engage. Bullies thrive off the attention they receive and if they can get to you and know that they are getting to you, they win and are most satisfied.

Keep on blogging and ignore ignore ignore.

I also think that adult bullies generally target those who they envy or those who threaten their status in some way. They derive satisfaction if they know they are successful in getting to you. Blog where you want.
