I had a difficult time sleeping. If I could get more sleep, that would help. I hope to have a better day today. I took care of all my chores yesterday, so today will be easier.

i feel i'm starting to do a little better than i have been lately. i've decided sometimes you just have to do your best to take your life back, almost by force if you have to, when you have been overwhelmed and somewhat paralyzed a really long time.

so coming back and trying to start interacting on this site was one of my ways of trying to get things back on track. it is a big site, which makes me nervous, but i'm sure i'll learn my way around.

i'm also trying to learn to get back into some of my more creative habits, and just manage day to day life needs better again. i've been experiencing a lot of emotional storms that feel like they just fall on me out of nowhere and whirl me around for maybe 3 days...and then plop me back down somewhere in the middle again, wondering what on earth is going on with me. i am someone who needs to talk about their feelings a LOT to process them and i have been doing so too much and too endlessly with friends- most of whom are also having their own difficulties. many ppl are right now. so i'm hoping this site will help me cope more "independently" by talking in a more neutral space where there's no pressure on anyone to read or respond.

I think I’m coping pretty well today. I’m trying to get used to the new med which is tough. I’m still dealing with bad pain but without pain killers. but I deactivated Facebook this morning which was a huge step for me.

Hope today is better with less chores and you get better sleep. I notice sleep quality has a big impact on how I cope.

Hope the pain improves!

You actually prompted me to deactivate Facebook too. Thanks!

This is a good place to vent. It can be exhausting for some of our friends if we vent (talk) about too many things.

During my walk yesterday, I tripped on a sidewalk crack. It was the type of "trip" where I would usually catch myself but I was so tired that I went down without a fight scaping a knee, my face and bruising (it is blue, especially underneath) my chin. With my current hair loss, the effect is quite hideous when I pass by a mirror.

I think my therapist thinks I was mainly upset at her today. While I was pretty annoyed at her I was also in a lot of physical pain and I was on 2 new meds so it wasn’t just her. Also things just haven’t been the same since the 5th. I’m concerned about Sunday when the time changes. Although I’m not doing as bad as I think I am. At least I don’t think so.

(((TunedOut))) that's the last thing you needed, take good care of yourself and hope your family are spoiling you.

Doing good. Yesterday I thought I was coming down with something and felt unwell last night but after a restful day I feel good.

I reorganised drawers today Marie Kondo style and enjoyed myself!

I journaled today. That helped me emotionally. And now I'm getting ready early for my appointment. That's keeping the anxiety down.

I’m coping pretty good today. Now that I’ve been off the new med for almost 48 hours. I’m not angry like I was before. I am a bit down in the dumps. I took a walk and it felt great.

I'm practicing radical acceptance today. I plan to track judgments for the next week according to my DBT workbook.

I’ve just been in my room for most of the day. I’m not coping badly but I’m not coping well either. I’m just kind of here...
