I’m so burnt out on everything and everyone in my circle. I’m tired of helping solve everyone else’s issues but there is no help for me. I’ve withdrawn to a point that I’d rather just be left alone. I’ve come to the realization that everyone is out for his/herself and it is what it is. There are days I feel like I cannot handle one more minute thing. I get upset/angry easily because, again, everyone looks to me for the answers but nobody is there for me. I’m tired, I’m depressed, I’m burnt out but mostly I’m just done.

Helping people is a great thing to do, thank you for being so caring, I hope it all comes back to you and you get picked up just as much as you have picked people up.
