Default I'm trying to write a song but I feel like the lyrics are clunky

Let me know what you think:
To preface this: the first stanza thing is about the current civil rights movement
Me and my girlfriend are a mixed couple, me being white as heck (like burn in the sun) and shes

I know you dont like the news baby
Oooh I know you got the blues baby
But dont be confused baby
What I hear I'm gon refuse baby
I dont care about the news

I'm gonna love you till my heart stops
I'm gonna kiss you while this beat drops
*Insert deep bass drop here*
I will give you the moon the stars and the whole sky
Cuz you're my honey baby with brown eyes

I dont care what they say
The world is overcome with a new wave
Be happy, do crime, and be gay
Because the world will end one day

Let's take over the world
