Possible trigger:
I get down from time to time, but not in a depressive way. Long winter nights in Finland make me sleepy, but not depressed where as In the past I would get severely depressed by the long winter nights. I feel like medication and proper treatment has given me a second chance at living it more fully. While I deal with other mental health issues, it is easier to find a solution with them when my depression is non-existent now and I can live life day to day in a happy mood. I wrote this to hopefully inspire someone in struggling in dark places, in hope that they can read it and realise that yes, recovery can and does happen. I believe in you, and you can get to good health and live a fulfilling life. <3 |
