I can relate to this a lot. You can almost always tell how well I'm doing by looking at my house. I'm trying to get my house back in order, but it's hard when you haven't completely come out of a depression.

I get some weird mood cycles too. It doesn't fit the criteria for bipolar and I just have no clue what it is. Mood disorders are something I just don't understand. The other day I was suicidal and a few hours later everything is funny. Huh????

I guess we just do whatever we can. I hope you can feel better and your birds come to visit often.
