Today I reseted my tablet and installed simple linux terminal and linux command library. Nothing important but things like that make me happy.

Also joined the public library and read a little today there, not just at home as usual.

Did a DIY haircut today, just edges of course. I have to save money for mineral expo tomorrow. Not that I plan to buy anything, but anyway.

This afternoon I daydreamed into comfortable depression...

Woke up in sweat from a terrible nightmare.

My street cat stopped eating the food. I cannot afford to buy her treats every day but will try sometimes. Others are also leaving her food. She will be okay.

There is something positive, my sleep patterns are back to normal. Though in the afternoon I barely keep my head up. The whole day is a struggle not to fall asleep. At the same time I have motivation for my daily routine.

What is your definition of a soul?

From my terminology, it is often confused with emotional body. Soul is an abstract beyond body, mind and emotions. Maybe we create a soul by believing in it. Or maybe soul is that mystery of existence itself; why is everything arranged the way it is.

Just a little Easter musings.

That part of us which cannot be defined. It is not body or mind, both physical manifestations of our being. The soul is our equivalent of dark matter in space. We know it is there because it exerts itself (like gravity) on our consciousness, but we cannot see or feel it.

Slept over anxiety this afternoon and woke up anxiety free but with a headache.

I vaguely remember my conversation with therapist. Maybe I was dreaming the whole appointment.

Wow, this typing just triggered the memory of a dream.
