What I said, "Moving to 15mg once a day might not be a good idea. I feel more depressed than usual on 10mg."

What he concluded, "15mg twice a day should do the trick."

........yeah. Should help a lot with all of these suicidal thoughts and plans. Should make matters so much better. Hell, why don't we just bump it up to 20mg while we're at it. I won't OD because the feelings and thoughts are too much. I had no idea what I was talking about. Please, higher doses. Please. It's like ****ing candy.

****ing dickhead.

Why am I ignored? Because I'm just the patient, right?

These pills are not a cure all! Whoopty-****ing-doo they help with the hallucinations and paranoia. No ****.

They DO NOT help with the depression. It's worse than it's ever been.

Why can't he just listen to me?

I've noticed a lot that doctors don't seem to be that great at listening... sorry you're still feeling so awful and he isn't helping

I'm sorry you are having a tough time with depression. Yes, sometimes doctors don't listen well or at all. Can you change to another pdoc or talk with this one again until he listens to what you say? I hope you start feeling better soon. Best wishes.

I'm sorry, this really sucks. I had pretty much the same experience as you.
Possible trigger:

So after this episode, I saw my pdoc a few days later and thought that the medication was causing these severe thoughts, as I have never experienced something so intense before, and I was told the exact same thing: I think we should increase your dose. I'm so lucky I didn't. I just changed medications and feel a lot better. Like a lot. Just ask your pdoc to change medications. It's your treatment, not theirs.
