Just 3? ...I'll try.

-Music and all of the genres (even the ones I don't like) that exist
-Individuality and how I've been able to form my true sense of self from scratch (no overbearing "influences" and wrong information)

BTW, the Pacifica app seems kind of hokey at first, but it has a great Gratitude forum where people's posts just pop right up on your phone. Highly recommended.

(This day I really need this thread to shift focus).

1) I am thankful because I have a life.
2) I am thankful for Psyck Central who alows me to come in contact with other people that, like me, have to fight for a meaningful life.
3) I am thankful for remebering that even if I don't want to, I do have the capacity to start to do the dishes in some minutes.

You are welcome! It's good if posting the idea (that I'm sure many others here have had as well) about being thankful is of help for people.

1) I'm thankful because Marla thanked me (I felt really down and sad and so I found her "Thank you" to me. It is good that small things can contribute to lift us up).
