hi
i wish someone help me. i have been taking Escitalopram 10mg for 3 years. i noticed that after taking the pill in 3 hours i am having the feeling that i want to cry, but i dont. also got the feeling that i hate myself. i tried lowering the dose to 5mg per day. it worked out for 6 month not 100%, but better. i am not going out of home. i hate to go out. if anyone can help your help is appreciated.

Can you talk to a psychiatrist about your concerns?
