Is this normal? Whenever I go out I feel really sad, down and hurt I feel worst than I did if I didn't go out. I just want to cry all the time. I rarely feel good when I do I go out. I just feel sad and down all the time and there is no reason for me to feel this way. I should feel good if I buy something for me. But I don't. If I buy something I buy it to make me feel good which rarely happen. Some days I don't want to get out of bed. No one take my insurance or accepting no patient or they are not qualified to help me. How do I feel better?

I’m sorry you are having a tough time. Please keep posting so we can support you. Your feelings are valid. It may not be helpful in your current state of depression to have too many should statements. Can you ask to be put on a wait list for a therapist or pdoc? Could you space out your appointments too cut down on the cash flow? Are you a reader? Could you get some books on depression? Could your parents help you out? Just some thoughts.

Sending big hugs.
