I thought this thread could be a list of daily activities that we do all the time- just to remind ourselves to do them (if maybe we're feeling low and forget!)
so today have you: got up?-yes washed your face and cleaned your teeth?- yes showered?- no got dressed?- yes eaten?- yes drink?- yes taken meds?- yes any other activities you feel should be in this thread you can add too |
