I thought this thread could be a list of daily activities that we do all the time- just to remind ourselves to do them (if maybe we're feeling low and forget!)

so today have you:

got up?-yes

washed your face and cleaned your teeth?- yes

showered?- no

got dressed?- yes
eaten?- yes

drink?- yes
taken meds?- yes

any other activities you feel should be in this thread you can add too

The most important one, everyone should keep a check of their thoughts. Do you feel more negative or positive every day?
So stable thoughts? Yes.
Meditation? Yes.
Yoga/Exercise? Yes.
Read a book? Yes.
Spare an hour just for yourself every day? Yes.

buzz something?

anyway good list- I need to remember to take time for myself everyday, I have enough of it to go around
