I have to stop my mirapex because it's been causing insomnia for 2 months. It lifted my 20 yr depression. I don't want to go back to depression, it's horrible. I have trouble organizing my thoughts when I'm depressed and can't talk. I have derealization when I'm depressed and can't feel myself or anything around me. I've taken +40 meds, ECT.

Have you ever tried an MAO inhibitor? Nardil worked well for me.

I've taken Nardil, Marplan and currently taking Parnate which isn't doing much.

I am guessing you have also tried stimulants?

I know the feeling of having tried so many meds and combinations.

How about Emsam? It's an MAOI but different than the others.
