I was so traumatized by mental illness at times....
that I tended to forget some of the kind people... who really helped me survive...thank you... and thank you to the kind AS IS persons here that are so helpful and supportive... |

I really wish we had a good safe drug...
a new nasal spray of esketamine is coming out... it sounds very scary to me...I have seen so many side effects with the drugs I have taken... I really love drugs but I am very scared to take them... |
