I don't understand other people with depression. I don't understand my own. I understand the dulness, but many times, I can't even know I feel like that.
I feel distant and empty and I am pretty tired to pretend I can connect and understand. Sometimes it will happen, but you should be waiting for a dull, moody and angry mulan. I have to accept I can feel this way, and that I shouldn't be embarassed by it. I should accept most of the days most of the people annoy me and I am entitled to that feeling. I am not the one responsible to make them feel good about themselves! (rant!) (easier said than done). |

after the holidays....my brain is not the same....I had too many goodies...
I am not thinking clearly and I am more tense....so I need to go back to more healthy eating and continue with my usual walking....I have kept walking despite how crappy I felt...too much sugar and coffee and wine... I still have in mind sometime soon to dump my anti-depressant.... I have a lot of problems handling sugar...I tend to binge... |

I am not so sure my brain will ever be the same again....
Can our brains recover from the constant onslaught of emotion that is being triggered around my body? It seems impossible to stop permanently... Relief using various tools, is the best I can manage... |

i am not feeling good this am...i tried sitting with my eyes shut for 15 minutes..
not much help....coffee helped the most....walking i am not sure about...i do like that i keep doing it for my general health...i feel like moaning and complaining today... |
