I can't stand the way people put other people down...
men put women down...women put men down.. but there is one that really bothers me most----- when we are put down for having a mental illness... |

I watched a news programme here in the UK yesterday,
A depression survivor, urged us to get help, stating there is help out there for everyone. She has not met us... or heard our truth... Mental health services do harm and no good! |
