I didn't see Fuzzy but from what I know about you and the replies, maybe they should stop recommending and just start listening.

I currently have a temporary job in a call center. When I feel confident and positive--I can really sell my POV but when I have doubts about how knowledgable I am about the question they asked, a call can start falling apart.

I guess I am say that you still believe the negative messages that were fed to you when you were young but all of us at PC can tell that you have a lot of great insights--trust yourself more. The self doubt is worse than being wrong.

The girl who checks are quality said, "Last year they just loved the person (he is gone this year) who sounded the most confident even though he gave out the worst (flat wrong) information.
