I have alot of bad memories how do u overcome them Its takes me forever to

Therapy helps, but in my experience the bad memories will always be there. Through therapy you may be able to combat that and make it something you can recall but not forced to. I don't know if that makes sense.

My go-to practice for this sort of experience is one that is referred to as compassionate abiding. Here's a link to a description of the practice:
