Default Bad memories

I have alot of bad memories how do u overcome them Its takes me forever to

Therapy helps, but in my experience the bad memories will always be there. Through therapy you may be able to combat that and make it something you can recall but not forced to. I don't know if that makes sense.

Bad memories can't be cancelled, but you can learn to fight them, accept them, and move one. Do you see a therapist?
