Washed the dishes. I'm really glad I got that done. I also did a load of laundry. I have shorts to wear now. Lol! Later Wednesday I will clean litter boxes, work on my computer a little and do some art projects. I want to have an easy day. Wishing everyone well!

In some way or other I overlooked possible triggers yesterday, sat right up and down for hours without eating and more ....

I went to bed in the middle of the nigh and woke up with acing muscles, a headache and a lot of thoughts flowing back and forth, really problems with concentration and problems with how to keep focus on what tasks that have to be done.

I have had my breakfast. I have filled my pillbox for the rest of this week and for the next.

My next task is to clear the dinner table and put some dishes in water.

Putting pressure on myself to leave the house to go pick up meds. I don't need them yet but they are ready. It's like hanging over my head. I haven't left the house in a month. There's a lot of anxiety. And I have to take the trash out. Something else I'm anxious about. Maybe trash today and meds tomorrow.

Sorry to hear about your struggles, Deilla! Anxiety is a terrible "thing".

Do you know of any kind of relaxation exercises? If you do, try to use them at least for some minutes. If you don't know of some, I can recommend some if you want that.

I hope that you succeed with taking the trash out today and that you are able to go and get your meds tomorrow.

Have you heard about Mary Ellen Copeland? She was an inpatient that nobody tough could recover. She did and then started to do research. She has now developed a system called WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan). It is about finding recovery in one's own tact. (Almost like we are doing together on this thread).

I write this to remind you about that there is hope for us all. (I need to hear that as well).

It is done! I am starting to recover from the feeling of shame because I failed to recognize ... It is only about how to move on with life, now, (like a mother taking care of her sick baby: "You can do it, if you just do small amounts at the time").

My next task (after having a cup of tea and some bread) is to clear half of the table in front of the coach.

Deilla, I am sure this is not the best day to post a link to a program for depression and anxiety. Today you have more than enough to be able to come through the day ...

So, may be you can look at the link I post one day when you feel well enough to reflect a bit. Then you will be able to think about if this is something that you want to try.

It's done some ours ago. There where informative programs I wanted to see at TV, so I did not have the time to come back and report that the work was done already.

I am grateful, very grateful, that the opportunity to use this thread exists also in a crisis! THANKS!

I will observe myself the next days to be able to notice if a down-trip is on its way (but not bother you with that ).

I hope to have a normal life tomorrow. May plans for Thursday are:

- Up at eight o'clock
- Eat a good breakfast
- Put my suitcase outside to have fresh air
- Load the dishwasher
- Shower
- Lunch
- Make a plan for the rest of the day

I wish everyone a good a Thursday either much or little is done!
