Something sad has happened! My body is very sensitive to changes. That means that changes (good or bad) might set me more or less out of function.
Because of that, I usually make a plan for what to do to keep my mood stable after expected variations not belonging to my ordinary life. I forgot to do that after last week's family gathering. It has only been a few days since the gathering, but I have forgotten about time and about regular meals. Sad, but so it is ... (My head is full of thoughts running around). Among my tools I have a crisis plan. I will start to use that from this moment! May you all be well! |

I am sick with fever, headache, nausea and very low energy. I will come back to this thread once I am better.

I started instead to look for when (it happens) and what to do about it. That's why I have some notes about what to do in situations that usually triggers this fragile inside of me. This time I forgot to prepare for the days after a happy event. In my notes I have written not only what to do, but the notes are also full of supportive and affirmative words (from my better self to the part of myself that doesn't cope so well). My daughter is coming home Tuesday for the summer so I will be getting ready for her over the next several days.
Plans for today: 1. Pick up medicine 2. Review The Emotionally Sensitive Person 3. Affirmations/Vision Board/Meditation 4. Walk the dog at the park 5. Partially clean house 6. Grocery shop Warm wishes to all. |

I washed one load of laundry then sifted through all of my other clothes which I will wash tomorrow. I am feeling better. I lost another pound. I am going to remain on a diet for awhile. I walked last night and the day before. I am beginning to see reality as it is. Before, I was psychotic and could not differentiate my imagination from reality. I feel ok overall. I am still interested in becoming a real estate agent. I don't know if it is a good decision but don't have any really saleable skill for now. I will do what I can to survive.

I have to do some "things" in my home before I leave for the family gathering.
This time my plans when I come home afterward are: - Relax for 45 minutes - Hang up cloths and other "things" - Food - Read through my plan for how to take care of myself, now, when I stand at the border of staying focused or fall deeper into depression. - Write a list to follow for the rest of the day. I wish you all well! |

I have been busy with cats and litter boxes. This morning I changed the sheets on my bed and did light housework. I have to take the trash out this afternoon and then I'll relax. Hope everyone is doing well!

I took the trash out and did a load of laundry. I am wiped out. Tomorrow more litter boxes. It's time to change out the auto one. That might be the only thing I do. I want a day of rest.

I walked for two hours today then ate two pieces of chocolate. Oh well. There goes all of my walking! I am doing fine otherwise. I washed two loads of clothes. Then, I went to the store to check on a product. It took me an hour to walk back and forth. I realized it is cheaper to buy the product from Amazon. I then went out with my mother to buy chocolates. I feel well. The weather is nice here but rain is coming soon. I have to go to the dentist soon too. I hope I don't have any cavities. We shall see.

I did another load of laundry, cleaned off my counters, emptied the trash and cleaned litter boxes. I haven't been able to rest so I think I will do that today. Hope everyone's Monday goes well.

Had to take out the trash and do cat duty. Need to get them some fresh water and that's it really. Taking the rest of the day off. Tomorrow I think I will visit my sister.

Taking mom to the doctor today and then going grocery shopping which will take up most of the day. Hope to enjoy this sunny, breezy weather some.

Didn't leave the house today. Cleaned the bathroom instead. Also did litter boxes and some of the kitchen. Will open packages later today and put groceries away. Hope everyone is doing well!

I walked for over an hour this morning. Then, I did two loads of laundry. I am doing well. I ate a lot yesterday but did not gain any weight. I am happy. I am waiting for dinner now.

This day has been some kind of a "resting day" for me. I have used the day to only relax, sleep for a while, reading a bit and have seen some programs at TV.
I feel OK now, but I can feel the need for have structure around my day as well. Plans for Thursday: - 07:30 Up - Swish and swipe in the bath room - After breakfast follow the weekly program: Thursday: Gymnastics in a group . After that work in the home for one or two hours (I will use one hour after the gymnastics (at home, not in a group). - Some food - Write a list for the Grocery shop - Grocery - Lunch - Rest a bit - Write a list for the rest of the day ...
