I am not able to make plans due to depression. The only "thing" I can hope for is to be able to do perhaps 5 minutes work, then rest and so 5 minutes work later ... I hope to be able to go out for groceries and so on, and to post the Christmas cards. I am going to celebrate Christmas with my family. The only thing I have to do is to dress for the celebration.

Winter solstice will be at 4 days and then follows more dark days, but at least the sun "has turned".

I wish those of you who believe in the Christian Gospel: Merry Christmas!

14)clean house/ bedroom -
15)brush teeth after dinner -
16)take meds(9:30pm) -
17)go to bed by 11:30pm/12am

I have been sick so I couldn't log into PC and post here.

Hurray, it is Winter Solstice ! 🕯️



It is not so that I have a formal celebration of this day, but it is after all the day that marks that we will have more and more sun each day. That means that the winter SAD will be more easy to live with in a couple of weeks (for those of us who have to live with this more than depressing depression).
