I cann add that I now watched some tv (and I opened my window,) even though opening my window wasn't a goal

Made myself a tomato salad for dinner. I also cleaned the litter box and emptied the trash and cleaned off my kitchen counter. Today my main goal is to get a shower. That might get me motivated to do other things.

Finally got my shower. Worked with my mom and nephew today to get my walker put together. I'll have that to go places now. I'm so glad. Tomorrow I will take care of my car.

3. Meditate/affirmations/visualization.
4. Walk dog for 20 minutes.
5. Clean 3 rooms.
6. Finish book on Meta-Physics.
7. Prepare for busy week.

Started my car and let it run a while. It should be good now until I have to go somewhere, which is Friday. Plans for the rest of the day:

1. Clean litter box.
2. Do laundry.
3. Make chicken salad.

I hope I can do those. I'll see how my energy level goes. Hope everyone is doing well!

Well I did most of it. I cleaned out the litter box and did laundry. I didn't make chicken salad but I did make my turkey pot pie. So I had a nice meal. Tomorrow I plan to take out the trash and work on my bedroom if I have the energy.

I worked on my bedroom and I cooked this morning. I even made my chicken salad today. I am tired now and will relax the rest of the day. Hope everyone has a good New Year's Eve. I will sleep. Tomorrow I will do relaxing things and enjoy the day.

Happy New Year!

Hi to all! Looking for accountability partners to motivate to get things done while depressed #3

I hope you all are well after New Year's Eve!

I woke up this morning freezing and with pain all over my body! Not the best start, but who knows, may be to start from the bottom only can make things better?

Well, well, we don't choose when to become sick and when to stay healthy! My year started this way, and that is how it has to be ...

In spite of the pain I have worked five minutes on and five minutes off as long as I managed this day. I have kept myself warm and have been able to prepare healthy meals. That means that the most important have been done. (Work as much as I had energy to and have taken care of my basic nutritional needs).

My plan for to morrow (Wednesday):

- Use the lamp when I have my breakfast
- Healthy eating during the whole day
- Keep myself warm
- Grocery
- Work five minutes on and five minutes off as long as my energy allows it

I slept all day with my cat. I didn't feel like doing anything else. I guess a day sleeping from time to time is Okay. Tomorrow I plan the following:

1. Take out the trash.
2. Wash dishes.
3. Open packages.

I hope I can manage all that. Wishing everyone a Happy New Year!
