Went to pdoc and PT yesterday. Have a busy day tomorrow so resting today. I will try to clean the den though and bring the trash in and take the recycling out.

It was quite a day. I almost fell asleep standing afterward!

- Plan the meals in advance
- Imagine the meals, what good it does for my body etc.

PS. I have decided to start to focus more on planning and eating nutritious meals every day.

I have already planned the meals for Sunday!

as long as I have my takeout tonight (which I should be, my friend sophie said she'd order it), the rest of the day is.... I dunno

may watch some rick and morty (no, I will watch some rick and morty) and may listen to some music.

honestly feel like crap so I won't be doing much

Yesterday I slept all day then did some laundry. Today I don't know what I will do. Not feeling all that well.

I have a PT appointment and a doctor’s appointment tomorrow and mom has a doctor’s appointment. Between that and running errands....it will be a long day.

Cleaned off the kitchen counters, took out the trash, ordered groceries and I will pick up meds later.

I cleaned the litter box and I washed dishes. I have a few more chores I'll do today. Then I'll color in my new coloring books. Tomorrow I hope to do some clean up in my bedroom. Hope everyone is doing well.

All goals met except healthy eating. I will put it up as a long-term goal instead. I think I need to have more time to plan them and make them.

For Tuesday I have set up these goals:

- Gymnastics
- Important phone calls
- Walk for 1/2 an hour outside.
- Grocery
- Remember to put on the dish-washer and the washing machine
- Try to relax and rest as best I can in between
- 1/2 an hour to do work in the home
- Try to not make perfect meals, but good enough

Goals met, except 1/2 an hour work in the home.

My goals for Wednesday:

- Shower
- Use mindfulness during the day
- Remember to take breaks and relax during the day
- Remember to put on the washing machine
- Gymnastics
- Buy a new backpack to use on my hikings
- Buy charcoal filter for fan
- Grocery (remember to shop dinner and fruit for both Wednesday and
Thursday).
- Walk for 20 minutes outside
- 1/2 an hour to do work in home
- Find out if I still need to take some phone calls
- Eat as healthy as I manage

I have appointments/ events starting at 5:30 am tomorrow and ending with out of town travel. I hope all goes smoothly and I can keep up.

I am sad tonight. I have a friend who is a positive ray of sunshine decide to have their account deleted. They will be missed.

I cleaned off my kitchen counters, cut up tomatoes and onions, colored in my new coloring book and made my own self-hypnosis audio. Today I will make some more audio's. I might make some video's too. My new camera is here. I think I will take photo's today too.
