1. Set some appointments up for when I return
2. Go to the pool and hot tub and swim laps
3. Enjoy time at the beach
4. Grocery
5. Cook dinner
6. Watch the sunset

Today did yard work for 3 hours with taking breaks in between the back and front yard. Trimmed trees in the front yard and worked hard to get my yard looking presentable. It’s a lot of work and good exercise too.

Cleaned litter boxes, decluttered side tables, worked on a tax problem and swept the floor. Will continue to work on my tax issue today. I will end up having to see an accountant. I'm telling myself I can handle this. I'm just taking it one step at a time. Hope everyone is doing well.

I took care of everything with my taxes this morning. Yay me! No accountant needed. I also took my cat to the vet. He got his annual shots and a check up. He's good for a year. Going to relax now. Will sleep too. I deserve it. Ordering food sounds good too.

I am tired this morning. I've just been playing my game. In a little bit I plan to clean litter boxes, wash the dishes and organize some paper work. I'm not as motivated to do things as I have been. I might need more sleep. Hope everyone is well.

I feel relaxed and OK. I am grateful for my relationship with the Lord!

I did get up at 07:00 am this morning. Even if I have felt relaxed and OK, I have felt tired and have needed to rest, but I did the walk, the grocery, the healthy eating during the day. I feel satisfied.

Wednesday I will start the day at 07:00 am and have a good breakfast. The rest of the day I will use on shopping, grocery, post office, therapy, resting and eating healthy.

I gained energy as the day went on. I did laundry, washed dishes, cleaned litter boxes, ordered groceries, met with a computer repair person and emptied the trash. Tonight I will relax, play games and go to bed early.

This morning I cleaned off my kitchen counters and took out the trash. I'm waiting for a new computer to be delivered today. While I wait I'll clean litter boxes, empty the dishwasher, open packages and organize some things. Hope everyone has a good day!

I want to continue losing weight and exercising. I am doing ok. I also want to stay away from communicating with strange men online. I have requested that I only have female penpals. I am feeling so-so. I don't have any major problems now. I should be happy. I am in a way. At least, I stopped and blocked all people who have no interest in my well-being. Tomorrow, I want to study a little.

While I waited, I had maintenance come in and do some repairs. Unfortunately, they didn't fix one of the problems. I'll have to call them back. On top of that, my computer was broken. It just froze up. Don't know why. I requested a return. I'm waiting on my shipping label. Don't understand what's taking so long. I canceled my in-home cleaning. I don't have the energy to finish preparing for it. I don't feel well emotionally. Today I don't plan to do much. I have some people coming by this morning to carry away junk. After that, I'm going back to bed. Maybe some rest and relaxation might help me feel better.

I did get up at 07:00 as I had promised myself. I had a good breakfast as well. After therapy I felt worse!

Yesterday I felt that my therapist and I communicated from different perspectives and didn't find a common path before near the end of the therapy session. In the beginning of the therapy session I was bombarded with questions that had no relevance to what I felt was important and stole of the time we had to disposition. So at last we found a "common line" and then this last time before the summer vacation ended without the ordinary and usual between people before summer: "I wish you a good summer"!

I would have been so good to have had that good wish in my "backpack" during the summer!

I shall not say more about it other then that my frustration level has been too high. I wasn't able to do anything else.

Well; I have many weeks to overcome the frustration, so I have to start to do something:

Today (Thursday) I hope to do the following:

- A small meal
- Load the dishwasher
- Post office
- Buy something to the home
- Grocery
- Make dinner
- Eat dinner
- Netflix
- Unload the dishwasher
- Remember to pray
- Go to bed at a decent time

I am very tired and find myself not wanting to do anything.

Plans for Thursday:

Pick up medication
Grocery
Float at the pool then sit in hot tub
Sit in the surf at beach
Watch sunset
Shop for souvenirs
Meditate on beach at night

I finished packing the box with the broken computer. I put it by the door. Tomorrow someone will be by to pick it up. I just have to write a number on the box if I can move. I'm very tired and very sad. I can't seem to snap out of it. I need to clean litter boxes but I don't have the energy. Maybe after a nap. Hope everyone is doing well today. It's a pretty day out.

I've been ill today. I just focused on taking care of me and the cats. Mainly I slept. It's getting late and I'm feeling somewhat better. I'll try to do some relaxing things. Hope everyone is doing well this weekend.

I'm feeling lots better today. Still tired but took a couple of naps. I managed to clean all the litter boxes. One litter box I want to switch out with a shorter one. My cat keeps tipping it over. And then I plan to clean up the mess she made. Those are my only plans for the day. Hope everyone is well.

I'm still a bit shaky after the last session, but I'm working on it. My plans for Monday are to do some volunteer work, visit the grocery shop, make dinner and then rest.
