That slowly motivates me because 'daily structure' is the one topic I believe most in with regard to depression recovery together with healthy food, physical activity and something meaningful to do alone or with others. The heat some days ago took me down and it seem to be so that I cannot just jump back to my routines, but have to do it one step at a time.

My plan is to take it slow and use every break I take to repeat about how helpful routines are to depression.

See you all later. Be well!
I have done the dishes (left dirty cookware for tomorrow), had my shower and filled my pillbox. I will eat before I go to bed.

My plans for tomorrow:

- Sleep as long as I need.
- Remember to not selfblame because I am not able to do what I want to do
- Remember to keep the thoughts that routines are good for depression "warm"
- Breakfast
- Wash the dirty cookware
- Hygiene
- Visit my sick relative
- Grocery shop
- Relax and enjoy the evening

Best wishes for each one of you!

It is interesting to read about how you approach your depression depending on what’s happening for you that day. I am impressed. Kudos.

I am keeping my living area clean and organized and doing a lot of inner work with many breakthroughs but not much else. I will have to go back to what my life coach insisted on: only 1-3 tasks per day and baby steps. Today I hope to accomplish the following: finish the kitchen, run errands, review July. I’m really not motivated to do anything but I have curbside groceries that have to be picked up so I must go out.

Tomorrow’s plans:

1. Straighten the dining room
2. Go clothes shopping
3. Watch a seminar on my computer

Warm wishes for everyone to have a peaceful weekend.

Thank you so much, Jennifer! It means so much to me that I am "recognized" for what I'm doing.

Be proud of your inner works! It takes time, it takes energy and in the bottom there has to be curiosity, strength and willingness!

Not doing so well today. I'm sleeping a lot. I just want to keep sleeping. I don't want to do my art. I will make myself clean litter boxes today. I will also try to clean my kitchen table. Hope all of you are well today!

I finished deep cleaning the kitchen (I had the table left to do) just now and it looks so good that it has motivated me to continue on. I will aim for the dining room and the bathrooms.

Warm wishes to all for a peaceful Sunday.

My art supplies are here now. I'm very nervous about opening the boxes and setting stuff up. I had a busy day. I just want to relax now but part of me is excited to paint. I want someone to talk to but I have no one. I think I will just go to bed early. I'm starting to get depressed. Tomorrow I have to take the trash out. And I have to order groceries. I'm not looking forward to it. I'm dreading tomorrow. Too much stuff to do. Maybe I can make the best of it. Hope everyone is well.

I did the Mindfulness exercises and everything that had to do with Mindfulness. I did most of the other things as well, but was too tired to make dinner, ate some slices of bread with mackerel in tomato sauce instead. Forgot about the trash cans. I was lucky and found one pair of trousers with short legs and one with long legs that was fit for me at the fist sport shop I visited. I hope to start training at a training center this autumn (at least once a week ).

This very early morning (Tuesday) I feel so tired that I think the best is to take it easy to day and take one step at a time.

Good wishes to all!

Today has gone better than expected. I took care of the trash and ordered groceries. I cleaned litter boxes, picked up in the living room and threw stuff in my junk pile. I'm tired now. I think I will relax for the remainder of the day. Hope all of you are well!

The NP visit was 1 hour and 25 minutes long and I was quite worn out when it concluded. That is all I accomplished yesterday. I feel quite motivated because I’m taking back my house one room at a time and the rooms I’ve completed are so nice that it prods me on.

Plans for today:

1. Finish the dining room
2. Run errands
3. Edit my new vision board.

Warm wishes to all.
