This has been quite a day! I felt depressed and overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts. Then I found a good advice at Net compatible with Mindfulness. I hope my new tool for this part of my burdens can be: "Notice them. They are normal and OK. Just let them pass by while you (I) concentrate yourself (myself) on the task you (I) are already doing".

I have used the day to take care of myself (grocery, nutrition, filling in prepared schedules (printed), charted, wrote in a former diary and not to forget; gymnastics).

Plans for Friday:

- Try to be mindful during the day, use printed schedules and logging nutrition.

- 08:00 Up, stretch my body, thank God for the new day.
- 08:30 - 09:30 Breakfast and Light Bulb.
- Gymnastics
- Hygiene
- Set a time to call my doctor to have my eyes examined.
- Grocery and Pharmacy
- Lunch one hour
- Do the dishwashing (amount according to energy)

My very best wishes to each one of you!

I made it to my hair appointment. It took a lot of self coaching. I feel better after the hair cut. It's not exactly what I wanted but it's a step in the right direction. We'll see how I feel next month. Maybe I'll be brave about asking for what I want. Tomorrow I leave the house again and pick up meds. I will have to reward myself.

1. Run errands for brother and mother.
2. Journal/affirmations/visualization/meditation.
3. Care for mom.
4. Straighten house.
5. Update vision board.
6. Pet care (and walk dog 15 minutes).
7. Make casserole for dinner.

I've been doing chores this morning. I've washed dishes and changed the sheets on my bed. I'm pretty tired now. That's all I'm going to do today. Tomorrow I will deal with meds.

My day has not been good so far. I have felt too depressed to do anything. I feel frustreted by not being able to plan properly because I don't know how depressed I will be the next day. I want to try to do at least something this day according to my energy level

I ended up doing some more work:

1. Cleaned off my kitchen table.
2. Went thru my mail.
3. Did laundry.
4. Cooked red beans and rice.
5. Deposited two checks.
6. Cleaned off my bathroom counter.

I'm surprised at all the energy I had. This is a very productive day. It's time to relax now. Hope everyone is doing well!

I picked up my meds as planned. I also moved my computer, cleared my workspace, emptied the trash, shredded documents, cleaned out the fridge, cleaned the litter box and tidied my bathroom. I'm ordering groceries now and then I'm going back to bed. Tomorrow I will take out the trash.
