- hygiene (yes.)

- breakfast (yes)

- alexa games (yes.)

- check emails (no.)

- online trivia game (no.)

- music (no, though might put some on before dinner)

- creative writing (no, and can't be asked either).

- reading (yes, but I read a kids book with about 5 or 6 pages in)

- catch up with 3 episodes of coronation street (watched 2, but was too upset to watch the third)

- find something for dinner (no, it's going to be a complete mystery as per usual.)

- write a shopping list for next week (yes.)

- try to drink other things than soda (just soda)

I feel better. Have been on a long walk today without becoming exhausted!

Most important plans for Wednesday:

- Swish and swipe in the bathroom
- After breakfast I will do the dishes
- Half an hour with gymnastics
- Make time to make a budget plan for one month
- Do work in the home
- Grocery

I washed dishes, cleaned the litter box, cleaned off the kitchen counters, emptied the trash bin and opened packages. I think I will rest now. Hope everyone is doing well.

I ordered groceries, wiped down my counters and opened packages this morning. Later I will open more packages and maybe change the litter box.

I opened some more packages and cleaned out the big litter box. Don't have to do that again for a while. I think I will rest now.

I have done everything on my list except making a budget plan. I will have to do that tomorrow!

- When I am home after the walk, lunch and rest, then making a to do list for the rest of the day.

I have been offline for a few days but I have been productive thankfully and have been relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather as well.

Plans for Thursday:

1. Take trash to street
2. Clean 1-3 rooms
3. Paperwork
4. Run errands
5. Research and call possible therapists
6. Affirmations/visualization/meditation

Some days things get mixed up. It seems like this is such a day for me. I overslept, feel tired and not well:

- When the plans for tomorrow are made, I allow myself to study something that interests me ...

I took out the trash this morning and started cleaning off my workspace. My work area is a big task. It may take me a couple of days. I'm dressed and ready to go to the pharmacy. I'm just waiting on a good time to put my cat up. He's sleeping. Can't leave unless he's gated. I might cook while I wait on him. Hope everyone is doing well.

- Lunch and relax
- Put the washing machine to work
- Fill pill box
- Shower
- Go through the budget I have set up
- For dinner: cook fish and potatoes
- Watch program at Internet
- Next: Free to do what I want

I did everything except "Swish and swipe in the bathroom". I washed instead of shower. The long walk took a lot of my energy, but glad I did it.

Plans for Saturday:

- Swish and swipe in the bathroom
- Put the dishwasher to work while I eat my breakfast
- Gymnastics
- Shower
- Grocery (write a list first)
- One hour of work in the home
- Free to enjoy the weekend

I cooked red beans and rice, cleaned the other litter box and opened packages. I also spot cleaned the carpet. I've had a pretty productive day. I'm going to relax now.
