I am going to visit the grocery store, now, and after that just enjoy being me! I will continue to "feel good" (let myself feel how wonderful life can be) at Sunday and visit my parish church as usual of course. Continued good weekend to you! |

I took care of my needs and my cat's needs today. Mostly I relaxed with games and social media. I chatted with a couple of friends. Tomorrow I will do a little housework. Not much. Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend!

My most important goals for Monday:
- Make some calls after breakfast - Visit family - Help with something - On my way home; visit the grocery store in the cellar - Make a soup when I come home - Relax for a while after the soup - Make dinner, fish and potatoes, vegetables - Relax after dinner; telling myself I am OK the way I am Good and kind hopes for each one of you to manage to reach at least some of your goals! |

This morning I cleaned two litter boxes, took out the trash and made it to the pharmacy. Later I might go through my mail. It depends on how I feel. Mostly I will relax now.

I have decided to try to make a daily "function-plan".
Up every day at seven o'clock Monday: Gymnastics right after breakfast. Tuesday: Hiking in the mountains with friends (for now: do work in the home instead) Wednesday: Water gymnastics in a group (for now: gymnastics right after breakfast instead) Thursday: A long walk in the neighborhood (for now: do work in the home instead) Friday: Gymnastics right after breakfast. Saturday: A long walk in the neighborhood (for now: do work in the home instead) I have a load of stuff to get rid of. So what is marked with red (except Wednesday) mark that I will use my "walking time" to get things in order. My hope is to prevent hopelessness while I have to do what I have to do. There is a time limit every day and I know that I'm mooving towards my ordinary goals: Hiking and Watergymn. Each day after lunch I will do Autogenic Training while I use self-hypnosis about being mindful during the day. In the evening between 7:30 pm and 8:00 pm I will do journaling. Today (Wednesday) I will use to prepare to be ready for this new regime from tomorrow of. I will go through it all (evaluate it ) five weeks from now (Easter is special, so that doesn't count). Send my best wishes and hopes for each one of you. PS. This does not mean that I will only visit this forum each fifth week |

Some comments about the plan that I have just made:
The meaning is to make a daily frame that will keep me healthy. It's a way to try to be true to my values told in my signature: “Freedom and Responsibility - Relaxation and Nutrition!" The structure of the day gives me exactly what I need, the freedom to be responsible for my health. Relaxation will be done in my "Autogenic training time" while at other times try to plan my meals as healthy as possible. This is in line with some of the avice given to depressed people to beat depression and to stay out of it. 10 No-Cost Strategies to Fight Depression Maintain a Daily Routine - 10 No-Cost Strategies to Fight Depression - Pictures - CBS News PS. There are actually 11 advices at the link + a 12th to help people date while depressed. |
