I did laundry, cleaned off my counters, cleaned litter boxes and opened packages. Today I take my new cat to the vet again for surgery. She has to be fixed. They'll keep her over night. I'll miss her. Later I'll do light housework and keep myself busy. Hope everyone has a good day!

I’ve been down and out the past few days so I’ve accomplished very little. I plan to get moving today.

Plans for today:

1. Run errands
2. Pick up dog from kennel
3. Affirmations/visualization (completed)
4. Work on bedroom
5. Movie night with friends
6. Fresh air and sunshine

I picked up meds, took out the trash and ordered groceries. I'm tired and a little sad. Will rest for the remainder of the day.

I did not walk yesterday. Today I like to walk if possible. I also am trying to cut down on my food intake. I am eating less. I ate a salad, dumplings, and drank tea last night. Today I had a yogurt, bread, and some tea again so far. I am waiting for dinner which I think will be tofu and vegetables. I am sitting in my parents' house. I fixed this computer. It was crashing so I took off some software programs, downloaded a virus program, and used a spam removal program. It is now working fine. I am happy.

I dyed my hair last week. I was feeling quite old. My mother does not dye her hair but her hair is all white. My hair is gray in front only so it looks funny. I am glad I dyed my hair. I use henna organic dye. It works well.


When I became psychotic, I stopped wearing my glasses. I thought my vision improved but now am wearing my glasses and am glad to see now. I am going to continue wearing glasses.

I am focused on my appearance and health now. I have nothing better to do. I also want to clean my apartment and wash my clothes more often. I am trying to be more clean about everything. I was very dirty before and not washing my clothes. My apartment is a mess still but slowly but surely I will clean it.

I feel that the psychosis has dissipated. I was feeling very strangely for awhile. I don't talk to myself that much anymore and am feeling more in tune with reality.

I want to find a job or several part-time jobs when I feel it is possible. First, I need to focus on recovering though. For awhile I was really psychotic. It has taken me about half a year to recover.

Life is not bad.

I feel tired today (Wednesday). I was running errands and then went to the cinema yesterday. Was late in bed.

I don't think this is the day to start my new program.

- Load the washing machine
- Clean parts of the kitchen
- Clean parts of the living room
- Take a look at my energy and then decide the next step.
- Remember to do some relaxing exercises in between.

So these are required of me:
Thursday: Gymnastics in a group . After that work in the home for one or two hours

Comments: I will do the gymnastics at home (not in a group).


- Work in home for one to two hours
- Grocery
- Make dinner and eat it

I worked on preparing for my cat's recovery this morning then picked her up from the vet. Her cone came off. Had to watch some videos to figure out how to get it back on. She's finally sleeping and I'm exhausted. Can't rest. I have a dentist appointment this afternoon. Also went to the pharmacy and picked up meds. Will take tomorrow off except for cat litter duty.

I received my new henna dye from Amazon today. I only dyed my hair once so far. Henna dye takes multiple applications to look ok. I might dye my hair tonight. The sides are fading already. I ate yogurt and drank tea this morning. I ate orange chicken with rice- small portion for lunch. For dinner, I will eat vegetables and drink tea. I like green tea and black English tea. I am trying to watch what I eat. I did not exercise for two days but am eating less. I lost five pounds since I started eating less. I need to continue to eat less and move more. It is not easy. However, I am developing a double chin and my belly is jelly. So, I think it is wise to lose weight slowly. I am hoping at my next weight check-in I will be five pounds less than usual. The clinic checks my weight monthly.

Today, I washed five loads of clothes. I feel good about this. My clothes were smelly and dirty. I also vacuumed my apartment.


I took a shower and washed my hair. Tonight it will take me about six hours to dye my hair. I never follow instructions but developed my own plan to dye my hair with henna. I liked the henna organic dye in Asia. It was decent. Now, in the states the henna dye comes in powder or some liquid in really small bottles. It is cumbersome. I will see the results tomorrow.

I am doing well. I feel good. I am at my parents' house again. I don't have internet service in my apartment because I don't need it. There is a business office but I'm not interested in using public wifi.

I also want to work on sleeping less. Right now, I sleep about ten or more hours a day. I tried waking up earlier today but could not do it.


I am happy about myself these days. I think the psychosis is gone for now. I am doing more tasks and taking care of myself better than before. I am hoping the hair dye does not turn my hair a weird color but we shall see.

I accomplished some things today: showered, went to bible study, picked up the dog from the kennel, grocery shopped and put up groceries, went to church and got dinner for my family. I’m now reading a really good book called You are a Bada$$ how to stop doubting your greatness and start living an awesome life by Jen Sincero. It’s changing my perspectives.

My plans for tomorrow:

1. Clean 2 rooms
2. Run 12 errands (they tend to pile up...I dislike doing them).
3. Work on my Perfectionism Workbook
4. Meditate/affirmations/visualization
5. Walk dog at park

I went to the dentist, took care of my cats, cleaned off my counters and relaxed with a game. Today I go back to the dentist for a cleaning. I'm exhausted from all this running around. Once I'm home, I just want to rest. I think next week I'm going to cancel my medical appointment. I've done too much this week. I'm beyond burnt out. I had a nightmare tonight that everything was out of control. It gave me a headache.

I made it to my cleaning. I'm glad I got that out of the way. Next week is my mammogram. I think I will keep the appointment. This evening I started cleaning litter boxes. I have a few to go. Once I'm done, I'll play my game with my sister. Hope everyone is doing well.

I dyed my hair this morning. It looks fine now. I am going to buy some more of this henna dye. It took me six hours though.

I washed my clothes, blankets, pillows, and comforter. It took me about five hours. I am slowly whittling down the amount of laundry I had.

I cleaned my apartment and vacuumed again. I cleaned the toaster oven too. I also cleaned the bathtub.

I am doing well although I got a splinter in my finger this morning cleaning. I will have my mother take it out.


I am going out tomorrow with my mother. I am happy.
