i am grateful for a good friend who has helped me put my life back together
I am grateful that i no longer dwell in the darkness I am grateful for the food in my fridge and the roof over my head I am grateful for my Mother who worked 3 jobs to support us as I grew up I am grateful for the Monsters that i have met in my life that have taught me how to survive and grow I am grateful for the lessons I have learned that make me stronger and I am very grateful for all the wonderful people here who have helped me on my journey __________________ Its not how many times you fall down that counts its how many times you get back up! the hummingbird flitting among the flowers the smell of freshly cut grass another beautiful day the flowers blooming in my yard. Beautiful! a good, nourishing meal getting my dog out of the kennel sleeping 13 hours...catching up on my sleep my incredible friends here on PC |

It’s those little ruled notebooks with a red line down the middle...I guess like secretaries used to use to take dictation. They are small enough to fit in my purse and I am never without writing paper or pens.
