my lack of a good singing voice.
seriusly.. trying to sing ticket to ride today and I could not for the life of me sing in tune a reason to laugh right their. |

white chocolate mochas with an extra hit of espresso a wonderful birthday celebration yesterday with my daughter a wonderful birthday celebration today with my family a delicious meal lovely presents soft blankets |

I am grateful for
- Dovahzul. Yes I am an Elder Scrolls fanboy. Nothing better than visiting your early teen years, which were beautifully entertained by games like Morrowind and Skyrim. Bethesda for the win. - The song One They Fear by Jeremy Soule. I really feel like I am the Last Dragonborn whenever I hear it. - TheRadBrad. He has left only one part of my current favorite video game Days Gone to be uploaded. Can't wait to watch the ending. And man, did I really watch 74 videos of a game and never got myself spoiled? Like, I spoil myself all the time. I even spoiled House MD for myself after watching one episode of it on YouTube. Achievement Unlocked - The Unspoiled. |

I am grateful for
- FINALLY getting to watch the ending of my favorite video game Days Gone. All I can say is the ending is beautiful and wholesome and it was worth waiting like for two weeks ever since I watched Brad plays its first part.. Totally worth it. Kudos to Bend studios. Now I can say, "Farewell, Oregon." But only with a fair share of humor in it, of course. Haha. - The song a Kaleidoscope of Mathematics by James Horner for the movie a Beautiful Mind. |

- Feynman Lectures on Physics. I'll eventually buy the remaining volumes but the first volume is really good. It also teaches you mathematics. - Stephen Hawking. The only one person who made me interested in cosmology and the Universe. And the only one to give me the courage to pursue my own interests for my own sake. - Neil deGrasse Tyson. I learn a lot just by watching this man talk. |

Today I am grateful for:
- I joined a walk to run group at my local gym. I am so happy to be moving my body and exercising. I never thought of myself as a runner. I'm excited. - Grocery shopping always cheers me up. I bought some really good food including salmon, oranges, and mozzarella cheese. - Recognizing how far I've come. I've changed for the better and I'm not looking back. |

watching my daughter’s dog play outside on a beautiful, sunny day a quiet day at home with my daughter Pine nut hummus with multigrain chips the gentleman who makes our yard and landscaping look good looking forward to going to Florida |

Tonight I am grateful for
a new notebook with great ideas the love and support of my other half and the healthy meal he made a safe home eating dinner on the balcony my detail-oriented and gracious doctor a thoughtful message from a PC pal the easing of depression today to have been able to walk 12,000 steps sunshine and warmth the image of a mother and her toddler having a sweet interaction at the store new shower gel with pleasant scent the smell of blossoms on my way home the stranger who nodded and smiled at me the kind and insightful folks of PC new eyeshadow palette to pick myself up a bit helpful message from an offline friend being able to smile and chuckle a few times today...feeling more human music my partner singing an entire song with me just because HOPE! (please don't leave me again, or if you must, come back very soon!!!)

I am grateful for
- The show Neil deGrasse Tyson hosts, called as Star Talk. I just found out they also upload the talks on YouTube ( the only streaming site I care to watch) and I feel like I am the luckiest person on this planet. - Scientists who do not judge or are biased against thers because of their sexuality, race, gender, or mental health issues. It's hard to do, I know. Everyone is biased, it's what being human is. But I don't want to be judged for my mental health issues. I am very grateful for those people. - Rami Malek for voicing Josh for the video game Until Dawn. Now that I think about it, I am very lucky to not be as ill as Elliot. |

getting through massive panic attacks that lasted awhile celebrating my 84 year old mother’s birthday tonight trying a new delicious dish - Cannelloni de Bianco a new order of steno pads and pens a good bible study today receiving my Birchbox in the mail today quality time with my daughter again, lavender essential oil Chamomile tea my dear PC friends |
