Yesterday I was extremely grateful for two of my sisters. One who took my daughter out for the afternoon to ibounce and another who took me to collect a wetsuit. I was also grateful for propranolol.

I am grateful for

- The Marvel Cinematic Universe. It really is a magical place if you can connect to it.

- I am beginning to appreciate the way things are, but my fight for a happy life is not over yet.

- Musical instruments, mainly piano, violin and guitars, which can create a melody.

- The internet.

Today I am grateful

to have gathered my courage to do something I needed to do
for an answer from the Universe I'd been seeking for many months
for the happy tweetering of birds outside
for daylight
for body, mind, and spirit....always taking care of me

Today I am grateful for

Stumbling upon a "bakery" shop that also has gelato - cherry limeade flavor!
My New Acupuncturist
The cab driver who just happened to be pulled to the side of the street, and was able to give me a ride back to work on a very hot day
My Camera that I just tuned up and got ready to use again
People who call/message you back in a timely manner and/or when they say they will

Just something I wanted to share on this thread: I told my T about it, and how I use it as an alternative to some form of gratitude journaling (because I do a ton of writing stuff in a notebook already). Also, how it is helpful to read other people's posts, and the fact that none of us are judgmental about what others write. (At least not in writing). Anyway, she though it was a fantastic outlet, and a positive way for folks to interact.

I am glad to hear someone else too uses this website as their journal, just like me.

I am grateful for

- The movie Spirited Away, which shows the value of the family you have got.

- The piano. It can create beautiful melodies.

- YouTube, because even though it may not be the best streaming website, there's a lot of quality-wise great content in it.

- My books.

Thank you for sharing this SpeckofDust. Very important point about zero judgment. I always find people on this thread to be accepting and non-judgmental. Many of us often share hugs and thanks for every post....a way of showing our support and acceptance. At least, that's how I think of it in my mind. No offering is too small or too big. I am glad to be part of this thread and really enjoy others' offerings. Peace to all.

Today I am grateful (and this one is a bit more difficult as I'm having a rough end to the day) for

A work environment that (so far at least), fits in with my emotional and physical needs
Breathing exercises
Freshly (a repeat, I know - but I truly needed a prepared meal when I got home - even more so today than most)
Leftovers for lunch
The rational, problem-solving part of my brain that still works well enough to earn my pay checks

Today I am thankful for

A nice quiet day at home
Being able to do what I want to do, when I want to do it
Depression's grasp loosening - there is more light than darkness
Naps
The storms missing our area tonight
