I am deeply grateful for the support of my significant other today. He listened to my depressed thoughts and concerns and found ways to comfort me. He is truly a bright light in this world.

I'm grateful for my vacuum working. I'm grateful for a break from the snow for now. For my flowers blooming under the lamp. For my guitar.

I’m deeply grateful for my siblings as we work together to get mom back to health.

I’m grateful for my beloved daughter who always makes me smile (I may have already said that).

I’m grateful for my dog and cat that provide such comfort when I’m down.

I’m grateful for Walmart’s curbside grocery service.

I’m grateful for the gift of today.

I'm glad it's back.

having no internet really sucks. I've experienced it so many times in the past when they've been doing work in my area. I feel... well, lost. so I know how it is

I'm not suggesting that gratitude is a cure but I do find that it helps. If you try it, I recommend writing down your list in the same notebook/document each day. The next time you're having a dark day...you can pull out your list and remind yourself of all that goodness and hopefully feel better! You can also share/practice with others in your home or workplace...on a day when someone is finding it hard to feel grateful, you can invite them to read someone else's list.
My problem is I don't have a lot of good things in my life.

I'm so sorry you're feeling that way, Buffy01 I believe joy can come from the simplest things sometimes. Does anything come to your mind at the moment? It doesn't matter how small. You could be grateful for a nice lunch you've had, for example. Or a nice nap. Sending many hugs to you

Great advice MickeyCheeky....a long hot shower, a comforting scent, a soft warm blanket wrapped around you...a crescent moon at night, reflection of light on water, rippling wave effect...nature is all around to comfort and reassure us

And PC friends for and
