I am grateful for:

getting up early even though I didn't feel well

a friendship request from a PC member

a rose, hugs, and wonderful messages I received

a warm "g'morning" and smile from a stranger

increased hydration

I am greatful for the butterflies that are now all around my room.

they are hung on my door and everything and look so beautiful- each one reprisents someone who I knew/ still know (reworking the butterfly project).

I don't feel suicidal

I'm having hotdogs for dinner (which I love)

that feelings are temporary

for a beautiful message from MickeyCheeky on a sad day

for air to breathe

for comforting music to play on a loop

for safe water to drink

I don't always understand you Universe (perhaps most of the time not) but I thank you once again for another day of Life.

that my cleaning and chores are done
that I am able to do my own chores
for sunshine
for my body supporting me through each day and night...doing so many things for me which I don't even notice most of the time
for my safe and peaceful home
