my indipendence.

talking to someone today who used to care for people in a hospital and those people needed round the clock care.

at least I have the ability to do things I need to do without assistance

today a celebrity version of a programme I liked finished

but then I realised that next week (yes, next week), they are showing a new series of the regular version.

I don't have to wait long at all

I am grateful this depression lifted because I did everything I could to fight for myself.

I ordered takeout from the new pizza place that opened up, and it was tasty (meat feast with chicken wings)

plus I didn't have to cook- score

the contributions of PC folks on this thread and others
my body for getting me through my exercise and supporting me day and night
a rare ibuprofen pill for taking the edge off some inflammation
the love, patience, and generosity of my significant other
change (the positive and the negative...propelling me through Life)

I am grateful for:

The gift of a new day.
My iPhone which I use for many, many things.
My annual two week trip to Florida (dreaming of warmer weather and thought of this).
Watching the planes come in and go out from a major airport (it’s surprisingly soothing. I get a hotel room near the airport and watch for hours).
Again, my beloved daughter.
My family’s improving health.
