Thanks for the tip bipolarsojourner. If you feel like it, you could start a hope thread and the rest of us will join you! How does it work? One hope per day? More?

The gratitude list of 5 each day is actually an idea I got from positive psychology research. Can increase a person's subjective level of happiness by ~ 25% over time.

a friend of mine returned from her weekend away at the seaside today.

and braught me back something she won at the arcade

it's a bowling game which is pretty cool

also I am greatful today for new alexa skills and having some coke in the house

was able to go over their today to buy some fizzy drink (I'd run out)

obviously greatful for money
