This is a great thread, thank you!
Good for me to do this today, my mood is all over the place. 1. Friends and family. I don't have a lot of people in my life, but the one's I do have my back. 2. Good music to listen to and dance to 3. Full time job that I've kept for 9 years (recently got promoted !!) 4. 10+ years sober 5. Affordable housing. I feel extra grateful for this one, where I live the rents are super expensive. |

for another great episode of Big Little Lies peace and quiet in my home laundry done errands done a few laughs with my other half a delicious Indian meal a waiter with a great sense of humor pink sunset yellow moon...reflected on the water a kind message from a caring friend > 12,000 steps a few hours depression-free |
