These are some tricks I have found that help me What are yours? Morning tricks: *Leave a cup of coffe/tea on the bedside table the night before, drink it 20-30 minutes before having to stand up. It is much easier to begin the day *Doing some exercise in bed while the coffee kicks in. *The night before write on post-its the most important things to do the first morning hours, stick it on the wall, fridge, or another highly visible place for you. *Multivitamin and mineral *Tyrosine *Omega 3 unless you eat enough fish *More morning exercises Bed ones: Morning exercise: __________________ Crazy, inside and aside Meds: bye bye meds CPTSD and some sort of depression and weird perceptions "Outwardly: dumbly, I shamble about, a thing that could never have been known as human, a

Thanks for these. Stretching in the morning, really does help me get going. When I was in the psych hospital, they had a mandatory gentle stretching session every morning, right after breakfast.
