Trig Trigger trigger trigger

I want out . I'm looking and searching for a way out. I'm not doing doing this for attention . I'm desperate. I've been in despair today . only sleep stopped me .

I've tried phoning the samaritans but strongly enciurage i tell them everyrhing and then they hurry me off the phone . its like they are just looking for some juicy gossip . this is not ****ing juicy gossip ! Its my life . if im gonna pour my heart out to the samaritans then they should at least have the decency to stay on the phone for a min or two . I've had enough of them

Hang in there please, cryingontheinside. Things are often not as gloomy as one suspects but, yes, the struggle is real.

Take good care and have a nice cup of tea and a smoke - are you a smoker? - feed the birds in the park and just keep holding on to the hope. I often seek meaning in natural things like walking in the park [and that's difficult with social anxiety] and animals.
