I feel really bad today, everyday is tormenting. People demand on me and I can't do the stuff they want with the quickness they want. And then there is some people who tell me how I should do things Just to make a good impression. And the most I can think is people hate me and she makes me worry even more about it. I just want to shut down and quiet my mind, but I can't.
And it makes me feel so tired and confused and forgetfull. There is a small voice in my head that says I should this and that (work), but when she shuts up I just want to be quiet. This is to much for me to deal with, I don't know how I am going to do it. I am the worst. |

I know how you feel. Life is so chaotic for me I sometimes can't get a quiet moment for myself. Sometimes I tell myself I should give up hope because I can't keep up with everyones demands and requests. You are not the worst. Hang in there. Things will get better if you wish them to
