I do several things 1 . I just started using a cpap machine and now get a lot better and more rem sleep. 2. I use a light box which gives me more energy and I feel better. 3. I just finished my seasonal depression where I took antidepressants with my other mood stabilizing medications.4. I plan to start exercising soon.

Mine can be bought at Alaska northern lights you can google it . It’s used for seasonal effective disorders as well. I keep mine on kitchen counter because I’m in there more than other rooms cooking and cleaning
