I blame myself for my mental illness, for my allergies to so many things, for breathing oxygen. And so many others also blame me.

Others deserve all the support and praise and positive affirmations. But I don’t. It’s always/usually been so.... if I could disappear I would. But that would be wrong and blamed too.

Thank you to all here who don’t divide and segregate others into “positive” and “negative” or any of the other black and white and fake categories some humans employ to make themselves feel better.

(Not about anyone here)

You didn't do this to yourself and it isn't your fault. Fuzzy you deserve all the best since life's already given you the ****.

You are not to blame dear Fuzzy...

Not sure who would do this to themselves or choose it in any way?

We are all doing fantastically well to get through each day, with all we cope with...

Much love to you and all posters

((((((( Fuzzybear )))))))

You are going to blame yourself for all that and more. I wish I had the right words or technique or whatever to make it all stop.

For you and for all who suffer and continue to suffer...

You"ve always been there for other sufferers. You are a good person. We all know you well. No one is to blame for their chemistry.
