For a bloke i dont like to come right out with it and say im not doing ok. In fact im struggling.
As some may know i had some unwelcome news after christmas but the bad times are still coming it seems that everyone has there hand out for what little money we have coming in. Its not nice watching my wife nearly cry while on the phone. I fear this is all my fault. If i had done the interview different we would of been ok now. __________________ lifes a game, i no longer wish to play |

Let you're tears out...
Healing time is needed... Don't be hard on yourself... You are not to blame... Our brains have ill health... It is hard and takes much courage to get out of bed... Be friends with you and your inner feelings Feel them and make friends with them... Be AS IS.... Much love at this time of hardship |

When it comes to crying, I am a big believer in letting it all out. I sometimes think that some crying can be like the body's way of purging the toxins. Sometimes I just need a good cry and feel so much better afterwards. I recommend you put on the saddest most sentimental song you know-the kind of song that gets you every time and cry. Cry like no one is watching. Cry the kind of crying that leaves you sloppy, hoarse and snotty. After, splash some water on your face and have a look in the mirror-I promise you you will feel a little better-even if its only the tiniest bit.

There's been times when i have cried and cried and other times when despite feeling awful no tears will come. But from past experience when feeling tearful the best thing to do is let it out . i would usually feel some releif after a good cry

I'm so sorry, therealme It is not your fault. It's clear you're trying your absolute best, and I'm sure your wife knows that as well. Please don't be so hard on yourself. I know things are pretty bad right now, but they can get better. Feel free to cry if you need. Crying can help a lot when we're stressed out. Please don't give up. You can do this! You're strong, I'm sure of that. Feel free to PM me anytime. Let me know if I can do something to help. Sending many hugs to you
