I hate it when I’m trying to read and I can’t concentrate on what I’m reading. Sometimes it’s been like an hour and I’ve only read four or five pages and don’t really even remember that. Are you ruminating a lot lately?

Me too.

Small doses of text is best.

Long paragraphs I just can't stick with...

Your local library has audiobooks online. I love them. Used to read a novel per week. Now I don’t have the focus. Audiobooks are great!

Often feeling the same way... even finding the will to post can be tough. I hope you find solutions to break through this...
